Local Shipping

Shipping in Singapore is free for orders above SGD $80. For orders under $80, a standard courier delivery fee of $5 applies. For standard courier, we require 1 - 3 business days to process your order before handing over to our couriers. Orders containing Personalised Snuggle Books require additional 5 - 7 business days. Our couriers will then deliver your parcel within 1 - 3 business days from the point of dispatch. Please allow additional business days for courier deliveries during festive seasons. 

Our courier will contact you directly on the delivery day. Please ensure someone is available at your chosen address to receive the parcel. A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee of $5 will be chargeable.

Please note that any re-deliveries resulting from incomplete or invalid addresses will also incur a charge for the receiver.

Deliveries to Sentosa will incur a $15 surcharge. Our courier is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes and restricted areas. 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL Express. For orders within Asia, a flat rate of S$25 applies. For Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, the flat rate is S$50.

Regular orders will arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, while orders that include Personalised Snuggle Books will take an additional 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please note that all customs and import duties at the destination are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery to the carrier. If you refuse or return the package, you will still be responsible for the original shipping fee, any duties payable, and the cost of returning the package to us.
