Orders

Yes, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes and receive a refund - write to us at care@gentlymade.co with your order number. If more than 60 minutes have passed since your order, the fulfillment team is in the process of preparing or has already prepared your order for dispatch; it cannot be modified or canceled.

Orders which contain personalisation cannot be canceled or amended once made.

You can cancel your existing order (see above) and place a completely new order. However, we cannot guarantee that items will still be in stock while you place your new order.

No, each order is processed individually and in queue. Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders.

In your order confirmation email, click on “View Your Order”. Alternatively, you can log into your registered account and view your Order History.

Shipping

For orders within Singapore, standard courier is $5. Standard courier is free for orders over S$80. International delivery is available through DHL Express. For orders within Asia, a flat rate of S$25 applies. For Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe, the flat rate is S$50.

For standard courier, we require 1 - 3 business days to process your order before handing over to our couriers. Orders containing Personalised Snuggle Books require additional 5 - 7 business days. Our couriers will then deliver your parcel within 1 - 3 business days from the point of dispatch within Singapore. For international shipping, delivery timelines vary depending on your locations.

If your order has been confirmed within the last few hours and you need to update your shipping address - write to us at care@gentlymade.co with your order number. However, once your order has been processed and packed, we are unable to make any changes.

Please locate tracking link for your order in the email notifying you that your parcel has been shipped, it may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status from the courier. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please write to us and we will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

No, all purchases are final, and we do not accept returns.

Write to us at care@gentlymade.co to request for an exchange approval. We allow size exchanges for product (same style and colour way) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange. For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the product must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/labels/packaging intact and in mint condition. All personalised items cannot be exchanged once purchased.

Personalisation

Personalised Snuggle Book may take up to 2 weeks for completion. This may increase during peak or festive periods.

For Name = 9 characters

For Message dedication for 14-page Snuggle Books = 180 characters

A space in between alphabets count as a character.

Gift

No receipt, invoice or price tags are included in any gift sets / gift boxes. An e-invoice is sent directly to the purchaser, ensuring the recipient does not see any pricing information.

Yes, we would love to help you include a heartfelt handwritten message. All gift sets come with gift box and a note card.

If you’re curating your own gifts, a note card is also included when you opt to add a gift box for an additional S$3.50.

Yes, you can purchase a digital gift card. The gift code can be used multiple times until its balance is depleted, and it has no expiration date.

You may refer to the care instructions on our webstore under each product’s listing. If there is none listed, feel free to reach out to us care@gentlymade.co, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Our products are handmade and measurements are approximate, please allow a variance of +/- 2cm.

Product colour may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or monitor view settings.

Products that feature same prints may show minor colour differences due to the characteristics of base fabrics.

Placement of prints and pattern designs may vary from product to product. Print placement may also be different from that as displayed in the product photos based on each cut.
