Refund
We do not process refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece available. Please contact us at care@gentlymade.co within 5 days of receiving your parcel. 

Please note that if the item shows signs of use or wear and tear, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

Exchange
We understand that finding the perfect fit for you and your little ones can be hard at times. Write to us at care@gentlymade.co to request for an exchange approval.

We allow size exchanges for product (same style and colour way) within 14 days of your purchase, subject to availability. If the size of your choice is not available, we are regretfully unable to conduct the exchange.

For us to facilitate a successful exchange, the product must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/labels/packaging intact and in mint condition.

All personalised items cannot be exchanged once purchased. 

We recommend that you opt for registered mail when sending items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for any items/packages that are lost or damaged during transit. All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns will be borne by the customer. 

Sales items are final, and not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Defective or incorrect item
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, we are very sorry. Please send us a message with your order number within 5 days of receiving package, and we’ll assist you as soon as we can. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we regret that we cannot proceed with the exchange and will arrange a full refund to you.
